  1.  Be honest with yourself. Instead of denying or avoiding hurt ,experience it and it will get erased automatically.
  2.   Write down that you have forgiven . It may sound stupid but not only does it for steam out it also erases the pain and makes you feel better. 
  3. Put yourself in other’s shoes. This will probably give you an insight into why you were wronged in first place.
